🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags and labels are intact

• The item is not part of a final sale, clearance, or customized order

📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

• Used, damaged, or washed items

• Accessories such as clutches, handbags, or intimate wear

• Gift cards or vouchers

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email regarding the status

• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an item and place a new order separately.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival

• Please pack the item securely and send it back to the return address provided in your confirmation email
